A win is awarded when 4 or more identical symbols appear adjacent in a straight vertical or horizontal line. Diagonal matches do not count. Winning symbols will be removed and replaced with new symbols at the same position. The game ends when no more wins can be achieved.
When symbols form a winning combination, adjacent symbols (excluding diagonals) will also be removed. However, these additional removals do not award any wins.
