To ensure the order of the game "CASINONIA" (hereinafter referred to as "the game") and to offer all members a better gaming environment, we have established the Game Management Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the policy") based on the Terms of Service. We require the support and cooperation of all members to jointly create an exceptional gaming environment!


I. Accuracy of User Registration Information

To protect your gaming rights, please ensure that the personal information provided during your registration for the game is true, accurate, and related to yourself. If the information provided does not reflect your actual situation, we will not be able to provide any services, including but not limited to the following: account and password recovery, game history requests, event prize collection, etc.

Please keep your account information safe and do not share it with third parties. Any losses incurred as a result will be your responsibility, and we reserve the right to suspend the account's services. Be aware that we will never request you to provide your password or verification code, so do not disclose it to anyone.


II. Revisions to the Policy

We may revise the policy in response to changes in the gaming environment. We will announce any revisions to the policy on the official website. Please keep yourself informed by checking the website regularly. By continuing to use this service, you are considered to agree to the revisions of the policy.


III. Explanation of Penalties

In the event of a violation of the policy, depending on the severity of the violation, we may impose the following restrictions on your gaming rights:

  • Temporary Mute: Disabling the chat function for a specific period.
  • Temporary Suspension: Temporarily suspending the member's account access for a specific period.
  • Chat Restriction: Restricting the character's ability to use the chat function.
  • Suspension of Donation Function: Suspending the club donation function for a specific period.
  • Reversal or Deletion of Electronic Records: Reversing or deleting electronic records obtained through inappropriate gameplay or game anomalies.
  • Demotion of VIP Level: Lowering the existing VIP level according to the severity of the violation.

IV. Types of Violations and Penalties

In the event of a violation of the policy, we will impose restrictions on your gaming rights based on the severity of the violation. If you are temporarily suspended three times, we may terminate the user agreement and cease providing any services to you.

Inappropriate Remarks

  • Posting in-game messages containing vulgarity, blasphemy, rudeness, abuse, defamation, personal attacks, threats, provocation, racial and gender discrimination, coarse language, obscene or suggestive of sexual activity, pornographic material, or words contrary to public decency.
  • Pretending to be official staff or claiming to be an official representative or a GM within the game.
  • Spreading unverified or factually unsupported statements within the game intended to influence other players' perception of the game.
  • Spamming or repeatedly posting in public channels to prevent players from viewing the channel normally. This includes continuously posting meaningless content (e.g., alphanumeric characters, random codes, symbols, emojis, commands, system default text) or using repetitive text in a frequent manner. Handling private disputes or insulting each other in public channels, as well as attempting to spread conflicts and influence other players to join disputes, thereby disrupting other players' gaming experience.
  • Violating personal privacy protection within the game, such as revealing other players' game membership information.
  • Engaging in commercial advertising on the game platform, including selling non-game related products or advertising real-world transactions involving valuable items.
  • Spreading information within the game about the sale of illegal items such as drugs or firearms or posting content related to escort services, pornography, or other information that violates laws, regulations, or public morals.
  • Distributing content on the game platform that involves criminal behavior or incites others to commit crimes.
  • Engaging in any other action that is considered to affect the fairness and order of the game.

Inappropriate Gaming Behavior

  • It is strictly prohibited to exploit anomalies or bugs in the game system, use plug-ins (with functions including but not limited to the following: hacking, intercepting, destroying, modifying game data, packet values), or employ any other improper methods to obtain or modify in-game electronic records (including but not limited to game currency, virtual items, etc.). B. In the event of a game system anomaly (referring to any phenomenon that does not normally occur during regular gameplay), you must immediately notify the GM or customer service. It is prohibited to gain any improper benefits during such anomalies to avoid compromising game fairness or affecting other players' rights. Additionally, you must not privately spread information about system anomalies. If game currency or virtual items are improperly obtained by exploiting such anomalies, your game account will be temporarily suspended. After the investigation and restoration of the anomalies and electronic records (including those transferred to others), your account will be reactivated immediately.
  • Selling illegal items such as drugs or firearms within the game or posting information related to escort services, pornography, or other content that violates laws, government regulations, or public morals.
  • Engaging in account theft or fraud within the game, as reported by other players and confirmed through investigation.
  • Engaging in the trade of game tokens, subscription cards, or other virtual items.
  • Engaging in activities that harm the rights and privacy of third parties, such as spreading others' personal information or privacy.
  • Interfering with the game or events by any means.
  • Pretending to be customer service personnel or GMs of the game or using an ID that can easily be mistaken for that of customer service personnel or GMs to interact with players.
  • Using false identities, fraud, or other improper methods to recharge or purchase in-game items.

Inappropriate Game Usernames

  • Usernames that include characters likely to be mistaken for official staff, such as Customer Service, CASINONIA, GM, etc.
  • Usernames that include inappropriate implications, insults, defamation, personal attacks, threats, etc., such as CASINONIA Sucks, Retarded Customer Service, etc.
  • Usernames that include characters violating social norms and morality, such as Looking for One-Night Stand, Escort Service, etc.
  • Usernames that include characters violating legal regulations, such as references to any drugs or prohibited substances.
  • Chat Restriction
  • Following the detection of unlawful conduct by legal authorities
  • Termination of Contract
  • Following a suspension or investigation request from regulatory authorities
  • Account suspension until case conclusion

V. Reporting Inappropriate Behavior

To uphold fairness in the game and support the crackdown on potential hacker and cheating activities, you consent to the game client accessing certain information from your computer and its components without prior notice, such as your keyboard, mouse, graphics card, network adapter, CPU, RAM, IP address, and other related data. This includes whether any "unauthorized third-party programs" are running simultaneously with the game (Note). Such data will only be used to protect players, ensure the quality of the game, and identify players participating in malicious, improper, or illegal actions, including backtracking information.

Note: The "unauthorized third-party programs" mentioned in this statement refer to programs not approved by this game for use. This includes, but is not limited to, programs that can independently perform the following actions: i. Enable or provide any form of cheating; ii. Allow the game client to modify or infiltrate the game interface or environment; iii. Intercepting, data-mining, or collecting information through the game using any third-party "add-on" or "mod."

Maintaining a high-quality and enjoyable gaming environment requires everyone's joint effort and supervision. If you identify any prohibited violations in the game, we request your cooperation in reporting them promptly.

A. GMs' Management
To address unfairness in the game, our GMs perform daily security inspections of the previous day's game results and related game assets. Members whose game histories show signs of cheating or whose game assets have abnormally increased will be placed on a review list and, after verification, will be dealt with according to these rules.

B. Player Reporting
If you notice any users suspected of violating these regulations, you can report them through customer service. Verified reports will be dealt with according to these rules.

  1. When submitting a report or complaint, please provide the following information:
    • Your UID (if filing a report, also include the username of the player you are reporting).
    • Reasons.
    • Date, time, and location of the incident (game or event name).
    • Complete screenshots or other supporting evidence. Note: Reports must be submitted within one month of the incident. Late submissions will not be accepted.

VI. Any Objections to the Suspension

If you have any objections to the suspension, please fill out an appeal form in the online service application section on our official website or email us at [email protected]. We will get back to you as soon as we receive your message. The appeal form must include the basic account information. We cannot provide any assistance if you are not a registered member. Regarding other special event methods and management: For special events held by this game due to functional needs or different themes, we will offer instructions and guidelines for the use of such functions/events. If members have any objections to the newly added services or event formats, please do not use the function or participate in such events.


VIII. Situations in Which CASINONIA Customer Service and GM Will Decline Requests

  • Continuously spamming blank or meaningless messages to GMs, which hinders other members' inquiries. If this behavior continues after the GM has warned the player, online consultation services will be temporarily suspended for the player.
  • Requests regarding the redemption or claiming of virtual or physical gifts and prizes after the deadline for a specific event or competition has passed will not be processed.
  • Requests for the reversal, transfer, or compensation of points after the activation or redemption will not be considered.
  • Members are prohibited from engaging in any commercial activities using membership services. The game will not cancel or reverse completed actions resulting from private transactions between members nor resolve disputes from such transactions. However, if a member violates the Terms of Service, the game will handle the matter according to such terms.
  • GMs will not get involved in special gameplay among members unless it involves unfair or unreasonable means.
  • GMs will not handle personal conflicts or disputes between members. However, members must not use public channels to post messages containing vulgarity, blasphemy, rudeness, abuse, defamation, personal attacks, threats, provocation, racial and gender discrimination, coarse language, obscene or suggestive of sexual activity, pornographic material, or words contrary to public decency and ruin other players' gaming experience. Such behavior will result in a Chat Restriction.
  • Questions about the game's internal operations, system settings, internal game values, GM personal matters, or other players' personal information that are unrelated to the game. To protect the confidentiality of the game's internal information, ensure high-quality service, and protect all players' rights, we will not address such inquiries.
  • If players have disputes over the transfer of virtual items, they must resolve the issue themselves. The GM will not serve as an arbitrator and will not handle such matters."

VIII. Situations in Which Members Responsible for Associated Risks and Liabilities

  • CASINONIA Membership Services may experience the following situations:
    • Necessary maintenance of website equipment.
    • Failures or malfunctions of network systems, software, or hardware of CASINONIA, its partners, or telecommunications providers.
    • Interruptions, temporary unavailability, delays, or errors in data transmission or storage due to human error.
    • System intrusions by unauthorized third parties lead to data tampering, forgery, or alteration.
    • Inoperability due to war, natural disasters, force majeure events, or other non-human factors.
    • Any unintended distribution of game currencies, virtual items, or other game resources due to technical issues, system failure, or other abnormal conditions. Under the aforementioned circumstances, CASINONIA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, security, reliability, suitability, timeliness, or stability of the services, nor does it guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. In the event of game abnormalities caused by the aforementioned circumstances, CASINONIA reserves the right to take the following actions:
      1. Roll back game progress to restore normal operations.
      2. Revoke virtual items or other related resources that were issued due to the game abnormalities.
      3. Take any other necessary measures to ensure fair gameplay and proper game functionality.

      Members must acknowledge all risks associated with using this service and any potential damages. They cannot request any compensation or indemnification for such damages and agree to back up all their transmitted emails, files, and other data.

      CASINONIA holds no liability for any loss of emails, files, or other data during transmission.
  • Purchasing or Trading with Illegal Redemption Codes:
    Purchasing game codes from unknown online sources is unsafe. Members are prohibited from privately trading game points. If a member purchases redemption codes obtained through fraudulent online payments (such as credit card fraud or telecom payments), the game will temporarily freeze the member's account until payment is completed. The member will bear all legal responsibilities for any fraud associated with online payments, and the game will assist judicial authorities in their investigations.
  • Members are prohibited from using membership services for any commercial activities. The game holds no responsibility for any outcomes or disputes resulting from private transactions between members.
  • Members must take responsibility for securely managing their account and password, ensuring they are not disclosed, lent, transferred, or provided to third parties.

    If you find that your account or password has been stolen, used illegally, or subject to any abnormal activities that compromise security, you must immediately inform the game so that we can take appropriate measures. These measures should not be considered as the game providing any explicit or implicit warranty or liability for compensation. The game will not be liable for any damages resulting from the illegal use of your account and password. However, you can request your game history to report to the computer crime investigation unit of the local police department and proceed with legal action according to legal procedures.

    The game will provide relevant information as required by law to assist in the investigation.
