TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Prize Eligibility: Prizes are non-transferable and can only be claimed by the winner. The winner must be at least 21 years old and reside in a region where the app is available. Winners will receive their rewards of equal value through secure email delivery.
- Prize and Event Modification Rights: The company reserves the right to replace any prize with an item of equal value, and to modify or cancel the event without prior notice. Prize delivery dates will be determined by the company and are subject to change.
- Additional Costs and Liability: The company is solely responsible for the provision of the prizes and shall not in any way be liable for any additional costs, defects, or issues arising from or in connection with the delivery of the prizes. Subject to applicable tax regulations, if the prize value exceeds a specified amount, winners shall provide their nationality-based identification information and pay any applicable taxes within 10 days from the conclusion of the lucky draw in order to be eligible to claim their prizes. Winners shall be solely responsible for any taxes that may arise from the acceptance of the prizes. Any disputes or requests to alter the prizes shall not be entertained. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prizes.
- Accuracy of Information: Participants must provide accurate information. Incorrect information may result in prize forfeiture. The company reserves the right to take legal action in the event of disputes arising from fraudulent or intentionally false information provided by participants.
- Personal Data Usage: By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for this event. Refusing to provide the required information will result in disqualification.
